This week we've been making daily trips to Breitenbach Winery to record the progress of construction of a new vineyard. This is the first vineyard that Breitenbach owner and winemaker Duke Bixler has built at the Winery/Der Marktplatz location on State Route 39. Duke says he'll plant valiant grapes in the vineyard - which you see pictured here - and it'll take four to five years before the first fruits will be ready to pick. Today we conducted an interview with Duke at the vineyard site. Click on the video to get a preview of what he had to say and to view the beginning stage of construction.
